Are your items brand new?
SOLE SERIOUSS only sells brand new, unworn, and pristine condition items.
What sizes are listed on the APP and website?
All products are listed in US sizes. For international sizes please refer to the 'Size Chart' info button on the product page.
Size conversions vary by brand and model.
When will you re-stock items?
If an item/size is sold out, you will see a 'Notify Me' button appear under the size selector on the item's product page. By selecting this feature you will automatically receive an update the second this item/size is re-stocked.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept a variety of payment methods including all major Credit/Debit Cards, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, Zip, Shop Pay & Alipay.
What is Buy Now, Pay Later?
SOLE SERIOUSS offers Buy Now, Pay Later plans via Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, Zip & Shop Pay.
If eligible this allows you to split your order in 4-interest free payments & Your order will still ship out same-day!
Does SOLE SERIOUSS accept phone or email orders?
We do not accept payments over the phone or through email. We only allow for secure purchases through the SOLE SERIOUSS APP & website.
Does SOLE SERIOUSS sell gift cards?
Yes, we sell gift cards from $25 - $1000, Gift cards are delivered via email within 1 business day. Please visit our Gift Card page to place an order.
How do I use my gift card or discount?
To redeem your gift card or discount on the SOLE SERIOUSS APP you can enter your code on the top portion of the 'My Cart' page, above your carts items section.
To redeem your gift card or discount on SoleSeriouss.com you can enter your code on the right-hand side of the "Checkout' page, above the subtotal section.
Gift cards and discount codes can't be applied during promotional periods, nor can they be combined with any other offers.
Can I change the item or size of my order?
Once an order is confirmed, we can't make any changes to the item or size.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not allow cancellations. As we ship same-day, Our fulfillment process begins once an order is confirmed.
Why was my order cancelled?
An order can be cancelled for a variety of reasons.
One reason is because we could not verify the payment details provided. In these instances, you may place your order again using a verified alternative payment method.
We may also cancel your order if an item(s) within your order become unavailable prior to preparing your order for shipment.
If your order was cancelled your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Typically clears within 1-5 business days.
Does SOLE SERIOUSS accept returns and exchanges?
Here at SOLE SERIOUSS we want you to be happy with your purchase and experience. We're committed to your complete satisfaction with our service.
Returns & Exchanges are eligible within 7 days of the orders delivery.
Item(s) ordered must meet all of the following requirements to qualify.
To qualify
- Must still have our SS Authenticity Tag attached & not tampered with.
- Must still be in Brand New condition. Not worn, tried on or damaged.
- Must still have the original box, papers, inserts &/or accessories.
Does SOLE SERIOUSS offer refunds or cancellations?
As all orders are shipped same-day, All orders are Final & can't be Cancelled.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Once an order is confirmed and shipped, we can't make any changes to the shipping address.
Where is my order shipping from?
Everything SOLE SERIOUSS sells is stored in one of our warehouses across the USA. Having all items on hand allows us to authenticate and ship in a timely manner. every time..
When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped same-day if placed by 4PM EST (Monday-Friday)*
*Excludes Weekends & Holidays*
Once your item has been authenticated, tagged & shipped, tracking info will be automatically emailed to the email address you purchased with.
- Standard shipping orders are delivered within 1-5 business days via UPS Ground.
- Express shipping orders are delivered within 1-3 business days via UPS 2nd Day Air.
- PO Box, APO, FPO & DPO orders are delivered within 1-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
- International orders are delivered within 2-7 business days via UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide or USPS Priority Mail.
