Shipping Info
Same-day shipping on all orders placed by 4PM EST (Monday-Friday)*
*Excludes Weekends & Holidays*
Once your item has authenticated & shipped, tracking info will be automatically emailed to the email address you purchased with.

USA orders are shipped via UPS Ground* (1-5 Business Days)

*UPS 2nd Day Air shipping also available (1-2 Business Days)*

International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide / USPS Priority Mail (3-10 Business Days)
PO / APO / FPO / DPO orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail

 Billing and Shipping addresses can't be modified once your order is confirmed.
DISCLAIMER: Any import duties and/or taxes are charged once your package has reached your destination country and must be paid by you the buyer. If these charges are not paid and package is returned to us, you will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and carrier return shipping cost. 
Refunds & Cancellations 
Refunds & Cancellations only in the following scenarios..
- Item or Size purchased is out of stock.
- Pricing error on our end.
Refunds & Cancellations will only be issued to the original payment method.

 Sole Seriouss reserves the right to cancel your entire order or any particular items within your order at any time.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted if we sent you the wrong item or size.
- To qualify you must notify us within 3 Days of package receipt.
Returns & Exchanges must meet all of following requirements..
- Still has our Sole Seriouss authenticity tag attached & intact.
- Still is brand new, has not been worn, tried on or damaged.
- Still has original box & packaging.
Once your Return/Exchange is received & passes all requirements, we will send you the correct item or size at no extra cost to you.*
*If the original item or size purchased is out of stock, in this case a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 Sole Seriouss reserves the right to void any Returns and/or Exchanges if you notified us more than 3 days after package receipt or if upon our inspection we determine that the items returned to us didn't pass all needed requirements.
