Bought socks as a Xmas gift. Ordering was straightforward but tracking delivery did not work despite trying multiple times. Could not confirm if it would be delivered by Xmas. Tracking worked only after item was delivered. Item arrived in a package that was torn open so had to re-package and wrap as gift.

I just wish the communication was better. Took 2 months to receive. I understand the challenging environment for shipping and receiving items overseas, but you guys need to step up yourdialog with your customers. Specially repeat customers spending thousands on your product.
Overall, great shoe. Customer service needs improvement.
