Order was placed on 11/21/25 well before realease date of 12/13/25 with stipulation it will be shipped up to 2 weeks after realease.There were no updates for the delayed order. I had too reach out through email too find out my order was going ti be delayed by another 2 weeks. When the additional 2 week mark hit I reached out again andI didn't get a response for another 3 days. I finally received my order January 16 2026. Although the item was nice when it finally arrived I dont think I will order anything on preorder again
Average service at best. The site said 7-10 days after release shoes start shipping. I waited and nothing. I waited before I reached. Finally someone reached out and said 3-7 days on on January 7 I got that email and after reaching out several times first for my Gamma 11s. On January 14th I a got a follow email that the shoes had shipped. When they decide to be customer oriented they are great. The shoes are in great ship. I just received them a month after release. The website is updated with diferent wording than when I purchased mine. Better communcation is needed. Shows are great customer service needs work
Shoes looked fine when they came in. Brand new. The problem is they were a preorder and shipping states shoes ship within two weeks after preorder. My shoes took A MONTH to be shipped. I also ordered the same day as my friend and his shoes still have not shipped.
When contacting customer support we both just continuously received a generic reply stating "we have not received shoes but they should be here next week and ship out by the end of next week".
Wish I would’ve gotten them sooner than expected but at least I received them in perfect condition
