How do I delete my account?

By deleting your account you will forfeit any SERIOUSS REWARDS points & discounts currently active on your account. This can't be undone.

Buying

Which sizing system does SOLE SERIOUSS utilize?

All products are listed in US sizes. For international sizes please refer to the 'Size Chart' info button on the product page.

Size conversions vary by brand and model.

When will you Re-Stock items?

If an item/size is sold out, you will see a 'Notify Me' button appear under the size selector on the item's product page. By selecting this feature you will automatically receive an update the second this item/size is re-stocked.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept a variety of payment methods including all major Credit/Debit Cards, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, Zip, Shop Pay, Alipay & Cash (In-store Only)

How does 'Buy Now, Pay Later' work?

SOLE SERIOUSS offers Buy Now, Pay Later plans via Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, Zip & Shop Pay.

If eligible this allows you to split your order in 4-interest free payments. The First payment is due instantly upon successfully placing your order and the remaining balance split into 3 more payments in 2 week intervals. 

Here's an example If purchased you a pair of Nike Air Force 1 Low '07 'White' on 10/01/2023 for $120 

10/01/2023: $30 (Due Instantly)
10/15/2023:  $30 (Due 2 Weeks Later)
10/29/2023:  $30 (Due 2 Weeks Later)
11/12/2023:  $30 (Due 2 Weeks Later)

Does SOLE SERIOUSS accept phone orders?

We don't accept orders or payments over the phone. We only allow for secure purchases through the SOLE SERIOUSS APP, Website or In-Store.

Does SOLE SERIOUSS sell gift cards?

Yes, we sell gift cards from $25-$1000. Redeemable on our APP, Website or In-Store.

Gift cards are delivered via email within 1 business day. Please visit our Gift Card page to place an order here.

Gift cards and discount codes can't be applied together during promotional periods, nor can they be combined with any other offers.

Can I change the item or size of my order?

Once an order is confirmed, we can't make any changes to the item or size.

Once your order is delivered you can initiate a Return or Exchange please proceed by entering the required order info here.

Does SOLE SERIOUSS accept Returns or Exchanges?

Here at SOLE SERIOUSS we want you to be happy with your purchase and experience. We're committed to your complete satisfaction with our service.

Returns & Exchanges are eligible within 7 days of the orders delivery. Item(s) ordered must meet all of the following requirements to qualify.

1) Must still have our SS Authenticity Tag attached & not tampered with.
2) Must still be in Brand New condition. Not worn, tried on or damaged.
3) Must still have the original box, papers, inserts &/or accessories.

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.

Why was my order cancelled?

An order can be cancelled for a variety of reasons.

1) If we could not verify the payment details or address provided. In this instance you may re-place your order using a verified alternative payment method or the correct billing address.

2) If an item(s) you ordered becomes unavailable prior to preparing your order for shipment.

If your order was cancelled your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Typically clears within 1-4 business days.

When an item is sold as "Lowest Price" on our platform the seller has 2 days to ship the item to our facility for verification. Once the item is received our team of experts will inspect your item from top to bottom, left to right and everything in between. Can I change the shipping address on my order?
