Here at SOLE SERIOUSS we want you to be happy with your purchase and with our 14 Day Hassle-free Returns & Exchanges our mission is to guarantee your satisfaction.
 
Returns & Exchanges are eligible within 14 days of the orders delivery.
Item(s) ordered must meet all of the following requirements to qualify. 
- Must still have our SS Authenticity Tag attached & not tampered with.
- Must still be in Brand New condition. Not worn, tried on or damaged.
- Must still have the original box, papers, inserts &/or accessories.
   
    
Returns
 You are able to return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery for a refund/credit issued only as a 'SS Gift Card'. Redeemable on our APP, Website or In-Store.
Upon an 'Approved' return you will be invoiced for the $30 return fee*
*This fee covers the return label we will send you + the original shipping cost incurred by shipping the item(s) to you.

 
Exchanges
You are able to exchange your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a different item/size.
Upon an 'Approved' return you will be invoiced for the $30 return fee*
*This fee covers the return label we will send you + the shipping cost to send you the newly selected item*

If the new item you are selecting is higher priced, you will be invoiced for the difference between the item(s) once the return is received back at our facility.

If the new item you are selecting is lower priced, you will be issued a credit for the remaining balance as a 'SS Gift Card' redeemable on our APP, Website or In-Store. Once the item(s) are received back at our facility.
 
 
Return Shipping Instructions

Please return the item(s) back to us Double Boxed and Bubble Wrapped, Just as the item(s) were originally shipped to you to avoid any damages to the item(s) original packaging. 
Be advised any returns NOT properly packaged and damaged in transit will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. *NO EXCEPTIONS*

Fee Exceptions
Only If we sent you a wrong item/size from what you ordered, then you will be able to return/exchange your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a different item/size and the $30 return fee will be covered by us. 
  
  
Process..
1) First 'Submit a return' with the button below..
2) Select the reason for your return and desired resolution 'Return' or 'Exchange'
3) Attach photos/videos of the item being returned and submit for approval.
4) If/When approved you will be issued a return label via email.
5) Once the item is received back at our warehouse we will verify the item(s) are in Brand New condition and ensure the item(s) still also have their original SS Authenticity tag attached and intact..
6) Once your returned item(s) are approved, We will proceed with your desired resolution 'Return' or 'Exchange' and issue tracking info when applicable.

If 'Return' was selected, we will issue your 'SS Gift Card' and send email confirmation of the return breakdown and your code to redeem.
If 'Exchange' was selected, you will be invoiced via email for any applicable differences between the item(s).

    Dissatisfied and Very upset. Numerous unanswered emails about shoes previously ordered. Purchased 6 pairs of shoes and only one has been delivered in time frame stated(2 weeks after release date). No updates. No communication. If you’re pre ordering DONT DO IT unless you are willing to wait 6 months for your purchase!!

    I was over all satisfied with my purchase because I really wanted this shoe for a long time now. I did notice glue marks that could be factory stains which i understand I wish it just could have been stated in the description in which the condition of the shoe is described but i definitely will be purchasing again from u guys for sure keep the heat

    I'm a first-time buyer, & I was Greatly Impressed with the quality of the shoe. I definitely see myself being a repeat customer again soon. Though I do wish there would have been more communication when it came to the tracking of the purchase from beginning to when I finally got an email about it finally having a tracking number. It had me worried that I was not going to receive my order until I finally got an email about a tracking number. Besides that, great service!!!

    Sole seriousss very unserious and scammy

    Ordered these in the wrong size on accident, not only is exchanging extremely inconvenient, I haven’t received confirm my exchange has been approved (yes they have to approve it) no email response from customer service, nothing! And they charge you extra to boot!! Do yourself a favor order from somewhere else!!!
