What is a PRE-ORDER?

A PRE-ORDER allows you to Reserve & Secure any upcoming items before the official release date.

Are PRE-ORDERS 100% Authentic & Brand New?

Each item is thoroughly inspected by our team of experts. We check every detail beginning with the original packaging, accessories, shape, texture, condition, smell and for defects or flaws (if any).

When will my PRE-ORDER ship?

PRE-ORDERS ship within the 2-week timeframe listed in the products description*

*Select PRE-ORDERS may have a 3-week shipping timeframe, if so it will be noted in the items descriptions*

Can I change the item or size of my PRE-ORDER?

You can change the Item/Size of your PRE-ORDER up to 2-weeks before to the Official Release Date*

Once the item is 2-weeks away from the Official Release Date, Officially Released or has already been Shipped/Delivered then it will be subject to our standard Returns/Exchanges policy within 14 Days of delivery. 

*If there is a price difference then it will be credited via an SS Gift Card or Invoiced upon approval*

What happens if the Items Official Release Date is changed?

In the event that the Items Official Release date is change by the brand, a new 2-week* shipping time frame will be applied to the PRE-ORDER.
*Select PRE-ORDERS may have a 3-week shipping timeframe, if so it will be noted in the items descriptions*

What happens if the item i PRE-ORDERED is cancelled?

In the event that the item you PRE-ORDERED is Officially Cancelled*, then you are able to switch the item for another item, an SS Gift card for later use or a full refund to your original payment method.

*In the event that the Items Official Release date is change by the brand, a new 2-week shipping time frame will be applied to the PRE-ORDER*

When will you Re-Stock PRE-ORDERS?

If an item/size is sold out, you will see a 'Notify Me' button appear under the size selector on the item's product page. By selecting this feature you will automatically receive an update the second this item/size is re-stocked.

Can I cancel my PRE-ORDER?

You can cancel a PRE-ORDER for a full refund up to 2-weeks before to the Official Release Date.

Once the item is 2-weeks away from the Official Release Date, Officially Released or has already been Shipped/Delivered then it will be subject to our standard Returns/Exchanges policy within 14 Days of delivery. 

Can I Return or Exchange my PRE-ORDER?

Here at SOLE SERIOUSS we want you to be happy with your purchase and experience. We're committed to your complete satisfaction with our service.

Returns & Exchanges are eligible within 14 days of the orders delivery. Item(s) ordered must meet all of the following requirements to qualify.

1) Must still have our SS Authenticity Tag attached & not tampered with.
2) Must still be in Brand New condition. Not worn, tried on or damaged.
3) Must still have the original box, papers, inserts &/or accessories.

How does 'Buy Now, Pay Later' work?

SOLE SERIOUSS offers Buy Now, Pay Later plans via Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, Zip & Shop Pay.

If eligible this allows you to split your order in 4-interest free payments. The First payment is due instantly upon successfully placing your order and the remaining balance split into 3 more payments in 2 week intervals.

If purchased you a pair of Nike Air Force 1 Low '07 'White' on 10/01/2023 for $120 

10/01/2023: $30 (Due Instantly)
10/15/2023:  $30 (Due 2 Weeks Later)
10/29/2023:  $30 (Due 2 Weeks Later)
11/12/2023:  $30 (Due 2 Weeks Later)

I just wish the communication was better. Took 2 months to receive. I understand the challenging environment for shipping and receiving items overseas, but you guys need to step up yourdialog with your customers. Specially repeat customers spending thousands on your product.
