I had no issues with my pre order , they responded toy emails , gave me updates , and delivered their order on time.. I was super happy with the product. Authentic 100% from Nike. I will be back for the gamma 11s for sure.
Shipping felt like it took forever as they state there is 3 week window for new items to ship out after release. Very slow at responding to my several emails. Finally got the show in hand and they are sweet.
